Our products are currently delivered by Email only. After your purchase has been approved, you will be taken to a License Setup page where you need to submit your MetaTrader4 Live and Demo trading account numbers. This is to activate the product license to your MT4 Live and Demo trading accounts.
Once you successfully submit the form, we will email you the product to the email address you provided on our License Setup form. Orders are typically processed within one (1) hour but could take as long as twenty-four (24) hours to complete.
We stand behind our products, and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and you have not submitted the MT4 Live and Demo trading accounts to us, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request. But no refunds will be issued after the product is delivered to your email.
